“An unusual approach to a love story.” “A love story with an idea, I have not read before.” Obviously the author put a great deal of research into his project.  The literary novel. is love from an historical point of view.   There is modern day love with the erotic charm of Paris romance.  The quality of the writing shows one mans love of woman, as we read the millennium love affair.  There is a balance that is refreshing.  We read about one side of love, the romantic passionate sex that has you tingling, as you are glued to the erotic pages of sexual activity.   All your senses are focused, when a dramatic scene takes place revealing a historical sex position.  The 5^th century position called, the wheel barrel is modified by the couples desire for pleasure in a hot scene of detail.  It is equivalent to the Venus butterfly, which I am personally still trying to visualize, since it was a fictional account of sexual bliss.  “No television in the 5th century lead to creativity.”   But if this is all the book is to you, you are missing the point of the novel.  There are only a few important decisions we experience in our lives that determine, how life's quality, is determined. One is the emotional selection of love.  Can anyone rationally choice the woman of their dreams, using emotion as the only tool in their selection process.  Watching the struggle take place, all through the philosophical search for romantic love, we see a well-developed moral fiber and the grace of a man’s spirit, to find what most of us would consider being an impossible quest. Finding love, and a true soul mate for life's journey.  The statement, “you cannot find love, love finds you” was never truer than in the new exciting novel, “Search."

The topic of politics is complicated.  The 2000 election for the President of the United States of America is no exception.  It still is captivating the public as I write this review.  Observing the political system as candidates perform the ritual of persuasion, is an every day occurrence.  So when I get a chance to review a timely book, about an election where the hooks to the story line is persuasion, I am excited.  My  imagination was at attention as the political mystery unveiled.  There is an unconscious level to the political decision  making process.  The strong characters are movie images on the pages as you read the imaginative novel. The one character I will never forget is an exciting soft on the outside, mentally unbalanced hit-woman, Sabrina. She only has a small part in the story, (Continued column 2)

 but she steals the scenes. I would like to see which actress is selected for the part.  The depth of characters are all equally strong movie material.  Read this book, before Hollywood turns the script into the big screen blockbuster.  You will not have to stand on line, for the answers to the questions you will have from the developing story.
